I bow to the two lotus feet of the masters
who teach the good knowledge showing the way to Self Awakening,
that act as the jungle physician, removing the poison of ignorance
caused by conditioned existence.

I prostrate before Patanjali,
whose upper body has a human form,
holding a sword of discrimination,
a wheel of light representing infinite time,
and the conch shell presenting Divine
sound, appearing radiant white
with a thousand heads. O incarnation of Adisesa, my salutations to thee.
Om

Om
Let prosperity be glorified.
Let those in power rule the world with law and justice. Let divinity and erudition be
protected. Let all beings everywhere
be happy and free.
OM peace, peace, peace
