YOGA in ENGLISH from JAN / FEB 2017

Our yoga courses led in English are pre-paid block of classes that have to be booked in advance via e-mail. Classes can be visited by drop in students also, provided there is a space in the course. Registration prior to the course is required. If you enroll to a course, a specified number of classes can be substituted. Info is given in the course description. Monday – MORNING FLOW - in ENGLISH and CZECH

Wake up the body and centre the mind with this morning practise, which will stretch and strengthen the back and abdomen, open the hips and shoulders, sharpen the mind by making it one pointed to make you energised and focused so you can start the day full of life. 
Suitable for all levels.

Tuesday - VINYASA YOGA in ENGLISH 
18x on Tuesdays, from 13.2. to 26.6. 2018, 19:00 - 20:15 (6.2. no class)
Dynamic yoga class where we move from asana (yoga posture) to asana respecting our breath. Warming sun salutations will follow asanas that strengthen, stretch and open the body. Inversions and relaxation will finish each class.

Thursday – YOGA IN ENGLISH
10x on Thursday from 15.2. to 19.4. 2018, 19:00 - 20:00 (no class 8.2.)
Yoga class aiming to bring natural stamina and flexibility to the body, make the mind calm and focused, allowing inner peace to arise. The class is suitable for all levels with options to make it easier or more challenging available. The whole body will be engaged with special emphases given to abdomen, pelvic floor and back. We will work in medium pace and effort, staring with Sun Salutations, main part of class being body postures (asana) followed by relaxation, last 10-15 minutes devoted to breath work (Pranayama) and/or meditation techniques.

Friday – ASHTANGA VINYASA in ENGLISH and CZECH

2x on Friday morning from 5.1to 23.3. 2018, 7:30 – 8:30 am (no class 30.3.)
Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a sequence of postures that flow one after another creating a beautiful practice that opens and strenghtens not only our bodies but also builds awareness and equanimity. Morning practice is a nice way to open our day. As the practice brings a new energy, it helps us to face our every day duties with awareness, love and gratitute.
