Yoga for beginners. A short course designed to introduce every-BODY to the practise of yoga. It does not matter if you are short, tall, thin or not so... If you are thinking about starting a yoga practice, this course will be a good start. In three lessons we will cover some basic asanas, simple breath work that is suppossed to teach us to be aware of our breathing, sun salutation and also relaxation. At the end of the course, it will be up to you to decide if yoga is a practice for you or not. Unused classes forfeit.
